• Initial Lawn Evaluation: We kick off with detailed lawn measurements, allowing us to customize our approach to fit your lawn's exact needs.​

• Core Aeration (Spring): Facilitate deep root growth and improve nutrient absorption with our biannual core aeration service.​

• Soil Testing and Analysis (Four Treatments): Throughout the year, we conduct four critical soil testing and analysis treatments - one in early spring, another in late spring/early summer, a third in late summer/early fall, and a final one in the fall. These treatments ensure your lawn receives the precise nutrients it needs for optimal health, including necessary pH adjustments for the ideal growing environment.

• Tailored Liquid Fertilization (Four Treatments): Based on the results of our soil tests, we apply four targeted liquid fertilization treatments at key times throughout the year: early spring, late spring/early summer, late summer/early fall, and fall. Each treatment is custom-blended with the right N-P-K ratio, essential micro-nutrients, and chelated iron - the key to that lush, deep green hue.

• Advanced Soil Conditioning (Four Treatments): To maintain and enhance soil quality, we apply an advanced soil conditioner during each of the four treatment periods.
