Core Aerate and Collect Cores: We perform core aeration to alleviate soil compaction, allowing air, water, and nutrients to penetrate the soil. All aerated cores are collected and removed.

Apply 50/50 Mixture of Sand and Screened Top Soil: A balanced mix of sand and screened topsoil is spread over the lawn. Sand aids in levelling, while topsoil introduces essential nutrients.
