2026 Lawn Programs
Step 1: Select Fertility Program
Premium Foliar Fertilizer
Sprayed directly onto the grass blades, allowing the nutrients to be quickly absorbed through the leaves for fast and visible results.
A stabilized nitrogen source that delivers steady growth and rich green colour while reducing leaching and volatility
Micronutrients, including chelated iron, manganese, and zinc, to boost chlorophyll production, enhance colour, and improve turf stress tolerance
A potassium source that supports cellular function, water regulation, and drought resilience
An additional soluable iron source to intensify turf greening and enhance overall colour response
Natural organic acids and carbohydrates to energize the plant and stimulate microbial activity in the soil
L-amino acids that support plant metabolism, enhance photosynthesis, and aid recovery from stress
A season-long soil surfactant that improves water movement and retention in the root zone, helping to prevent dry spots and promote deeper root growth
Granular Fertilizer
A soil-applied fertilizer made of granular prills that slowly release nutrients after watering to feed the turf and build healthier soil over time
A controlled-release nitrogen source that delivers consistent feeding for strong growth and improved nutrient efficiency over time
Soil-building organic inputs that stimulate microbial activity and improve overall turf and root health
Potassium that enhances turf resilience to drought, heat, and environmental stress
Balanced nutrient blends applied during key growth periods to maximize green-up, strength, and recovery
Evenly sized granules for uniform coverage, improved product uptake, and reduced risk of fertilizer burn
A season-long soil surfactant that improves water movement and retention in the root zone, helping to prevent dry spots and promote deeper root growth
Step 2: Select Granular Fertilizer Frequency
The Long Weekend Program
Timed around the May, July, August, and September long weekends, this program delivers consistent, seasonal support with four scheduled granular applications. It's ideal for homeowners who want great results with minimal visits.
Single Granular Application
Get a one-time boost with a single granular fertilizer treatment. Perfect for special occasions, seasonal refreshes, or those wanting to test-drive the results before committing to a full program.
Step 2: Select Premium Foliar Fertilizer Frequency
Bi-Weekly Applications
Bi-weekly treatments are guaranteed to deliver consistent results all season long, maximizing the efficacy of our professional-grade products. This high-frequency schedule ensures steady nutrient availability, rapid response, and optimal turf health in every condition.
Monthly Applications
Monthly applications offer a balanced and economical approach to lawn nutrition while still supporting noticeable colour and growth. While not as consistent as bi-weekly, they provide reliable results with reduced visit frequency.
Single Application
A one-time application gives your lawn an immediate boost in health and appearance. Ideal for events, seasonal tune-ups, or those exploring premium treatment without a commitment.
Step 3: Select a Weed Control Options
Season-Long Weed Control
Prepay for proactive, season-long broadleaf weed control with up to 4 treatments spaced throughout the year—even if weeds aren’t currently visible. This approach targets each of the 3 major weed cycles common in cool-season lawns to maintain a cleaner, thicker lawn all season long.
Please note: not all broadleaf weeds are fully controlled with one application. Persistent or non-labeled species may require follow-up treatments. Applications are capped at 4 per season to prevent turfgrass injury.
As-Needed Weed Control
Broadcast or spot-treatments are performed as requested to target most broadleaf weeds. Not all weeds are eradicated in a single treatment—persistent or non-labeled species may require subsequent treatments.
Cool-season lawns typically experience three weed emergence cycles each year. A single application may eliminate current growth, but new weeds can still emerge later. Improving turf density and health often reduces the need for future treatments—for example, a full spring application may prevent the need for fall control.
No Weed Control
Choose a more natural approach to lawn care by focusing on turf and soil health instead of herbicide use. With consistent fertilization, biological enhancements, and proper turf management, your lawn can naturally resist weeds by growing denser and stronger over time.
While some weeds may still appear—especially during peak seasons—this method supports long-term lawn resilience without the need for herbicide applications. Many clients find that as their lawn thickens, weed pressure drops significantly.

Step 4: Add-On Treatments
Establish New Turfgrass
Includes:
- Premium grass seed selected for local conditions, applied using broadcast & slit seeding
- Topdressing of peat moss for moisture retention.
- 2-week irrigation rental: timers, hoses, and sprinklers setup
Benefits:
Thickens the lawn, fills bare spots, and introduces improved turf varieties that resist disease, drought, and weeds.
Timing:
Best performed in early fall (late August to late September) when conditions favour seed germination and root development.
Dethatching
Includes:
Mechanical removal of excess thatch buildup (dead grass and organic matter) from the lawn surface using a dethatching power rake.
Please note: Dethatching debris will be bagged and left on-site for your disposal. This allows us to keep costs down while still providing thorough cleanup.
Benefits:
Improves air, water, and nutrient movement into the soil, reduces pest and disease risk, and promotes healthier turf growth.
Timing:
Spring (late April to early May) or early fall (late August to early September) when turf can recover quickly.
Core Aeration
Includes:
Mechanical removal of soil cores, only if compaction is confirmed. Soil plugs are left on the lawn to naturally break down, returning organic matter and nutrients to the soil surface.
Benefits:
When compaction is present, core aeration can improve oxygen diffusion, water infiltration, and root development. However, without compaction, research shows no measurable benefit to turf health, density, or rooting
Timing:
Fall (late August to October) is the ideal time if compaction is verified. Spring (late April to early May) may also be suitable for problem areas, but routine aeration without cause is not recommended.
