Home & Turf Technician’s Lawn Health Specialist comes directly to your property to sharpen your lawnmower blade(s) on-site. Simply leave your mower in an accessible spot, and the Lawn Health Specialist will take care of everything for you. Why sharpen your mower blades? Dull blades don’t cut the grass — they tear it. Torn turfgrass experiences more stress, heals more slowly, and uses its energy on repair instead of building a thicker, healthier lawn. Sharp blades produce a clean cut, reduce plant stress, and support a denser, more resilient turf canopy. It is strongly recommended to sharpen your mower blade(s) at least once every year. Service Available to residents of: Woolwich Township, Waterloo Region, Wellington County, Guelph, Wilmot Township, Wellesley Township.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment are not eligible for a refund. On-Site Accessibility: Because this is a mobile service, the lawnmower must be visible and accessible when the Lawn Health Specialist arrives. If the mower is not left in an accessible location, a $35 service fee will be charged to cover travel and time, and the remaining balance of the appointment will be refunded. Weather & Safety: Home & Turf Technician provides ongoing snow removal services to contracted clients during winter months. For safety reasons, or when responding to snow removal obligations, service appointments may be rescheduled at the discretion of Home & Turf Technician at no cost to the client.
