Privacy Policy
Updated October 26, 2026
I am Paul Dziedziejko, the owner of Home & Turf Technician, based in Elmira, Ontario. This policy explains how I use information provided through this website, including the Instant Quote Generator.
Information used for a quote
The Instant Quote Generator requires your first name, last name, email address and property address. It also uses your entered or measured lawn size, estimated prices and selected services. When you click Calculate My Quote, I save those details and receive a copy of your initial estimate so I can review your inquiry and follow up, even if you do not click Submit Free Quote. I record the time and version of the information notice shown with your request.
When you click Submit Free Quote, I save your selected services and send a copy of the estimate to your email address and to myself. The lawn size, property, service availability and final pricing still require my review. Calculating or submitting an estimate does not book service, accept a contract or take payment.
How I use your information
I use your information to calculate property-based pricing, review the lawn area, prepare and deliver a quote, answer questions and contact you about your inquiry and interest in lawn care services. Using the quote tool does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. I do not sell or rent your personal information.
Website, address and map providers
Wix provides website hosting, private quote storage, contact records and email delivery. Address searches and suggestions use Esri address services. Google Maps receives the property address to calculate driving distance and time used in pricing. Aerial and street imagery is provided by Ontario, the Region of Waterloo and OpenStreetMap services. Map and website providers may receive browser information, an IP address and the map area requested while providing their services. Some providers may process information outside Canada.
Other forms, bookings, messages or payments may require the contact and transaction information needed to fulfil your request. The website may use cookies and similar technologies for its features and, where enabled, analytics. You can manage cookies through available website controls and your browser settings.
Access, security and retention
Quote records are restricted to authorized site administrators. I use Wix's access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online system or email delivery method can guarantee complete security. I retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, provide service, resolve issues and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and questions
You can ask me to stop quote-related follow-up, withdraw consent to future optional contact, request access to your information, correct an error or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed. Contact me at paul@hometurftech.ca or 226-808-2149.
